Developing a new community
The former Honeydale Mall is a highly coveted location with easy access from the QEW, Gardiner Expressway and Highway 427. This stretch of Dundas Street is experiencing considerable growth and Honeydale will be a multi-phase mixed use community encompassing apartments, condominiums, and retail shopping to service this urbanizing area. This site will ultimately have over 2.5 million square feet of density and will take advantage of its proximity to the new Etobicoke Civic Centre and the Kipling subway station.
